چکیده
Materials and methods. During the period from 2009 to 2020 in clinic of Department Surgery Proctology Shupyk National Healthcare University Ukraine, surgical treatment 217 patients with IVH was analysed. The choice laparoscopic hernioplasty or open allohernioplasty made taking into account size abdominal wall defect width rectus diastasis. By intraoperatively conducting a study during surgery for an diastasis involving approximation muscles measurement IAP, it found that measuring up 5 cm IAP increases 5.6 ± 1.3 mm Hg is closed without undue tension supporting tissues.Depending on method treatment, were divided 2 groups. In group I, 109 (21.5%) small medium-sized underwent allohernioplasty, particular, 63 preperitoneal alloplasty 46 retromuscular alloplasty.Conclusions. For cm, placement mesh implant elimination optimal. In comparison contributes significant reduction incidence seroma (from 35.2% 3.7%), postoperative wound suppuration 6.5% 0%), inflammatory infiltrate 4.6% chronic pain 6.4% 2.6%), recurrence hernia 0%).

Open repair of ventral incisional hernias.
Despite advances in many fields of surgery, incisional hernias still remain a significant problem. There is a lack of general consensus among surgeons regarding optimal treatment. A surgeon's approach is often based on tradition rather than clinical evidence. The surgeon's treatment plan should be comprehensive, with attention focused not merely on restoration of structural continuity. An under...

Abdominal wall hernias are a familiar surgical problem. Millions of patients are affected each year, presenting most commonly with primary ventral, incisional, and inguinal hernias. Whether symptomatic or asymptomatic, hernias commonly cause pain or are aesthetically distressing to patients. These concerns, coupled with the risk of incarceration, are the most common reasons patients seek surgic...
متن کاملLaparoscopic repair of incisional hernias.
Laparoscopic repair of incisional hernia has been shown safe and efficacious, with low rates of conversion to open, short hospital stay, moderate complication rate, and low recurrence. Using the benefits of open retromuscular, sublay repair, the laparoscopic approach provides adequate mesh overlap and allows for identification of the entire abdominal wall fascia at risk for hernia formation. Fi...

In 1987, Mouret performed the first laparoscopic cholecystectomy changing surgical practice and it was mentioned by Rosen and Ponsky.1 Then the laparoscopic abdominal surgery increased and was common by the 1990s.2 The adoption of this new technique resulted new, specific operative complications. Incisional hernias at the site of entry of a trocar is a serious complication in laparoscopy,3 as m...
متن کاملOpen surgical procedures for incisional hernias.
BACKGROUND Incisional hernias occur frequently after abdominal surgery and can cause serious complications. The choice of a type of open operative repair is controversial. Determining the type of open operative repair is controversial, as the recurrence rate may be as high as 54%. OBJECTIVES To identify the best available open operative techniques for incisional hernias. SEARCH STRATEGY Ele...
